Shipping

All orders are handled and shipped out from warehouses from different parts of the world. Kindly allow extra time for your order to be processed especially during holidays seasons. 

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of order and shipped the next day after the processing day. 

Any damage in orders caused by us, we will gladly replace it for free provided that you will ship the item complete with undamaged boxing and packaging back to the warehouse.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After the orders are processed, and given circumstances with the global pandemic due to Covid-19, it might take 1-3 weeks for delivery in the United States and 2-4 weeks for international orders ( depending on your location ) 

However, we will do our very best to deliver your orders at the earliest possible time.
